Inside the project
TJ VISSER · FOUNDER & DEVELOPER I’m a co-founder of TripFlow, a modern NEMT operations platform designed to help you run a more efficient, profitable business while delivering the quality of service your community depends on.
Building TripFlow means understanding more than the technology. It means understanding the work behind every trip, from booking and dispatch to driver credentials, vehicle inspections, and billing. That perspective shapes how I help you explain your services, reach new customers, and make your website useful to your business.
I admire the work you do for your community. You help people get to appointments, maintain their independence, and stay connected to the care they need. I want to help you grow a business that supports your team and keeps that service available to the people who rely on it.
BEFORE WE TALK
Website projects start at $5,000. Hosting and all your website updates are $300/month. TripFlow customers receive 50% off the monthly plan, bringing it to $150/month. Your project quote reflects the content, functionality, and integrations you need, with the price agreed before work begins.
Ride-request forms, booking integrations, fare calculators, employment applications, and content-editing tools can all be part of your website. We match the technology to your needs and agree on the functionality before building. You can keep your existing booking system and choose how much content your team manages directly.
The goal is first-page Google visibility for relevant searches in your service area, leading to more qualified ride inquiries. We track search visibility and inquiries to see what is working. Results depend on your market, competition, and ongoing SEO, so a specific ranking or timeline cannot be guaranteed.
We handle hosting and all your website updates through the monthly plan. Send us the changes you need, and we take care of them. SSL, backups, monitoring, and technical maintenance are included. Support arrangements are agreed before launch, so you know where to send requests and what to expect.
Plan on about eight weeks from kickoff to launch, including content, design, development, and testing. The schedule is agreed before work begins and depends on the features involved, access to your existing systems, and timely feedback.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your current website and what you’d like it to do better. We’ll discuss your priorities, the work involved, and the next steps.
