What counts as an existing-page update?
Content, images, design, and functionality changes to pages already on your website are included in the $300/month plan. Building new pages is quoted separately before work begins.
Can you take over my current website?
We generally host websites we build. If you already have a website, we’ll review its setup and migration requirements first. Specialist infrastructure is scoped separately.
Do you also host WordPress websites?
Yes. We offer hosting and custom plugin development for existing WordPress sites. These services are quoted separately from the standard hosting and updates plan.
How do I request a change?
Send us the changes you need to your existing pages. We agree on how to submit requests when we set up your plan, and handle the content, design, or functionality updates for you.
Does 24/7 monitoring mean 24/7 support?
Monitoring runs around the clock to help identify issues. Human support coverage and response commitments are set out in your agreement.
