A redesigned website for Columbia Gorge Forestry that connects detailed services, field projects, and a regional coverage map with landowner inquiries.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Columbia Gorge Forestry first came to us as a new business needing a straightforward website. Jesse wanted to explain his services, show his experience, and hear from landowners about their properties. We began with a single-page Astro site, then redesigned it with dedicated service, project, about, and coverage pages. The newer site gives the field work and regional information more room while keeping a property inquiry close at hand.
OUR APPROACH
We paired service explanations with field photographs and project descriptions, giving landowners examples of the work they can discuss with Jesse. His introduction and professional background add context about the person carrying it out.
We extended the original single-page site into dedicated service, project, about and coverage pages, with an overview on the homepage. A regional map and property-inquiry form help visitors connect the location and needs of their land to a conversation.

Forestry services
The services page explains forest management planning, timber sale management, drone surveys, vegetation management, road engineering and stream surveys, and invasive species control. Individual service pages make room for the work involved and the information a landowner can bring to an inquiry.

Field projects
Project photographs and descriptions show assignments such as trail clearing and tree marking. They give the service explanations a setting and a practical example. Jesse’s introduction and professional background provide context for the person a landowner will work with.

Service area
A dedicated coverage page names the Oregon and Washington counties served and shows them on a regional map. Landowners can check the location of their property before contacting Jesse, with an invitation to ask about work outside the listed area.

THE WORK BEHIND THE WEBSITE
We kept the original focus on useful service information and direct contact, then extended it across the redesigned site. A property-inquiry form, phone number, and email address give visitors ways to explain where their land is and what they have in mind.
