ABOUT THE PROJECT
Klamath Health Partnership had just completed a WordPress website rebuild and needed someone to handle hosting and technical maintenance. Its site gives the Klamath Falls community access to service descriptions, clinic locations, provider information, and patient-portal links. We took on the hosting transition, performance work, and ongoing upkeep so the rebuilt site had technical support behind it.
OUR APPROACH
We moved the rebuilt WordPress site to our hosting environment and checked its pages, forms and links after the move. Performance work focused on caching, image compression, code cleanup and database optimization within the existing build.
We set up automated backups and monitoring, applied security configuration and handled WordPress updates. The hosting handoff included a defined point of contact for the recurring technical work behind the patient-facing website.
THE WORK BEHIND THE WEBSITE
We migrated the site to our hosting environment and checked its pages, forms, and links after the move. The assignment centered on supporting the rebuilt website, with attention to the information patients use to find services and contact the organization.
We configured caching, compressed images, cleaned up code, and optimized the database. These were changes to how the existing site was delivered and maintained; we did not need to replace its design to take on the hosting work.
