Tammara Stroud Design is a high-end residential interior design firm whose WordPress website went offline due to a corrupt installation - at the worst possible time, with prospective clients actively evaluating her work and her previous developer unreachable. The problem
Tammara Stroud Design needed help fast - and then needed a longer-term path off WordPress entirely:
- Website Offline at a Critical Moment. A corrupt WordPress installation took the entire site down with no warning, and prospective clients evaluating Tammara's portfolio were hitting an error page instead of the work that wins them over.
- Previous Developer Unreachable. Her existing developer could not be reached during the outage, leaving her with no clear path back online and no timeline for resolution while the business sat dark.
- An Industry Built on Trust. High-end residential design is a referral business where credibility is everything. A broken or missing website signals risk to discerning clients, and every hour of downtime erodes the trust the brand is built on.

Our solution
