ABOUT THE PROJECT
Cascade Cup’s organizers were preparing a pond hockey tournament in Klamath Falls with a mission of supporting local youth hockey. They needed a website that could introduce the event, answer practical questions and direct players to registration. We built the event site for the planned March 2026 tournament, bringing the hockey, venue and visitor information into a single page.
OUR APPROACH
We organized a single page around the format, divisions, roster rules, costs and venue, with lodging information and FAQs alongside them. Section links let players and families jump to the details they need to plan the weekend.
We linked division cards and add-ons to their TeamSnap registration routes, keeping the event explanation beside the signup choices. Configurable registration settings let organizers show opening information or a coming-soon state when registration is closed.

For the planned March 2026 launch, we linked the division cards and add-ons to their registration routes in TeamSnap. The website explained the event and skill levels, while TeamSnap handled signup. A configurable coming-soon state supports periods when registration is closed.

A rink layout, venue directions, lodging information and FAQs address the rest of the trip. The youth hockey mission and sponsor information have their own place, giving the organizers room to explain why they were putting on the event.

We organized the page into tournament format, pricing, divisions, venue, FAQs and rules. Section links let a returning visitor jump to a specific question, while someone new to the event can work through the information in order.
The site stores team-space counts and registration settings in its content and configuration. These control the displayed availability, opening information and coming-soon state. Counts are maintained with the site rather than synchronized from TeamSnap.
